Founded by Richard Haynes and chief engineer Clive Mant 15 years ago, the Kingsground Narrowboats marque was born of a desire to produce bespoke narrowboats to the highest possible standard.

The pride the pair took in their work was reflected in the quality of the first two boats to bear the Kingsground name and quickly established a demand for craft of their distinctive style and class, leading to the expansion of Kingsground Narrowboats into the thriving business it is today.

Kingsground Narrowboats are award winning narrowboat builders based in Heyford, Oxfordshire. All our boats are built on site in our temperature controlled workshop, which houses the latest technical equipment to ensure the highest standards of finish.
